A Feast For The Senses

We at Pan Pacific Seattle have temporarily stopped services in South Lake Kitchen + Bar – both in accordance with mandates from the state of Washington and to prioritize the health and safety of our guests, team and community. 

While we always appreciate any opportunity to welcome you, this is in the best interest of public health  at this time. We are learning new information daily and will share updates as we continue to evaluate the best path forward. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. 

Head to South Lake Kitchen + Bar and indulge in Pacific Northwestern cuisine created by Executive Chef, Paolo Pezzali. Savour signature dishes such as Seafood Paella, Spicy Octopus, Furikake Ahi Salad and desserts such as Creme Caramel. Our fresh, seasonal presentations are also available for in-room dining.

Gather in the sophisticated, wood-accented space during our daily happy hours from 3-6pm and 9-11pm. Mingle and connect with fellow travelers and locals while sipping specialty cocktails, as well as local Washington wines, ales and spirits.  

Immerse yourself in breathtaking views of the Space Needle, as you indulge in a glass of wine on the patio. Warmed by space heaters in the colder months and covered with colorful umbrellas during the summer for cooling shade, the patio is lushly accented with an abundance of local plants and greenery.
