Is there an airport nearby?
Pan Pacific Seattle is an easy, 15- to 30-minute drive from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Do you provide shuttles to the airport?
No, but we’re happy to hire cab and limo service. You can also use Seattle’s Central Link light rail to connect from Sea-Tac to downtown Seattle.

Is there valet parking? If so, how does the valet parking work?
We offer hourly and overnight valet parking. Prices for hourly valet parking start at $13 for up to two hours, while overnight valet parking is available for $59, including taxes, in-and-out privileges and a grace period until midnight on your day of departure. What’s the best way to get around the city?
During your stay, you can explore the Emerald City stress-free with complimentary use of our Pan Pacific Seattle house car. Let our chauffeur take you to any location you desire within a two-mile radius of the hotel, including all of downtown, Pike Place Market, the waterfront Centennial Park, Key Arena and Space Needle. The city’s Central Link also connects downtown with other Seattle neighborhoods.

Is there housekeeping service?
Yes, we offer housekeeping service daily.

What type of in-room technology can I expect?

What is included in the amenity fee?
The amenity fee is $20 per room, per night, plus tax and includes welcome Oshibori, Wi-Fi access, lobby refreshments, $15 daily dining credit for South Lake Kitchen + Bar and complimentary drop-off car service within a 2-mile radius. Kindly note, house car transportation service is offered daily during designated hours and is available on a first-come basis, subject to availability, for drop off’s within a 2-mile radius of the hotel.

I love some of the items in my room, can I purchase them and take home with me?
We’re so glad to hear that! We’ll be introducing new robes that will be available for purchase soon.

What are the normal check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4pm, and guests must check out by 12pm.

Can you check in early?
We will try our best to accommodate your request. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange.

How late can we check in?
Front desk staff is available to check you in 24 hours a day.

Can I store my luggage before or after I check out?
Yes. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange.

Can I have my clothes laundered and dry cleaned?
Express laundry and dry cleaning is available through our Guest Amenity Program.

How do I schedule a wake-up call?
We can arrange wake-up calls. Please contact the front desk staff to arrange a time.

Can I have ice sent to my room?
Ice coolers are stocked with pre-filled bags on each level, by the elevators.

If I am traveling on business, what types of services can you support me with?
We offer a 24-hour business center with two iMac computers with printers, as well as printing and fax services at the front desk.

What types of wellness services can I get at the hotel?
Guests will have access to a 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center with saunas.

Do you have a gym? If so, what type of equipment can I expect?
Our 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center on property features Peloton bikes, treadmills, cross-trainers and bikes with TV monitors as well as rowing machines, dumbbells and adjustable benches. Dry saunas in both locker rooms are available.

Where can I securely store my valuables?
Guest rooms include a personal digital safe for storing valuables.

Can I send a package to the hotel?
Yes, you can send a package for free. There is a $10 fee for the hotel to send a package on your behalf.  A FedEx shipping and printing center is located across the street. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange.

Are there smoking rooms? And can I smoke in public spaces?
Pan Pacific Seattle is a smoke-free property. There is a designated smoking area outside the front door.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
Pets are more than welcome at our pet-friendly Seattle hotel. Our Paws at Pan Pacific program features services and catered pet amenities to help you and your pet have an equally enjoyable stay.

Can I leave my car in the parking garage after checking out? Will there be an additional charge?
You may keep your vehicle in our parking lot with a grace period until midnight on your day of departure.

Can a third party pay for my reservation?
Yes. They can call the hotel at (206) 264-8111 to do so.

Will my credit card be charged when I make my reservation?
Credit card charges will vary depending on rate. Please check the Terms & Conditions of the offer you are booking. Some reservations require a deposit and will be charged at the time or reservation, while others will store credit card information until check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a basic 48-hour cancellation policy. Some packages may be non-refundable.

Do all of your rooms have private baths?

Are there restaurants nearby?
In addition to our onsite restaurant, South Lake Kitchen + Bar, there are many restaurants nearby.

Do you have room service?
Yes, we offer in-room dining from 7am – 10pm daily.

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in most bookings, however we offer complimentary morning coffee and tea in the lobby from 5:00-7:00 am, and the Lobby Bar serves breakfast daily.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
Yes. An ID or passport and credit card are required at check-in.

Do kids stay free?
Yes. Children under the age of 12 stay free, although there is a charge of $30 for more than two adults to stay in the same room.

Pan Pacific Seattle is located at 2125 Terry Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121.

Does your hotel offer currency exchange?
No, it does not. There are multiple currency exchange offices and banks in Seattle that can, though. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Are there minibars in the rooms?
Yes, each room features a stocked minibar.

Are extra beds or rollaway beds available?
Yes, Pan Pacific Seattle can provide extra beds for no cost in certain room categories only. Please contact the hotel directly for more details or to arrange for a rollaway.

Is there a limit to how long I can stay?
No, you’re welcome to stay as long as you wish!

What should I do and see during my stay?
There’s plenty to see and do in Seattle! Our hotel offers breathtaking views of the Space Needle and Emerald City, but you’ll need to step outside to truly experience them.
