Another fall is passing, which means we need to go through some major and beloved traditions before winter comes. Following Thanksgiving feasts around the nation, the most brazen shoppers in the world will brave the crowds at department stores for midnight kick-offs to the Black Friday shopping holiday.
Those of us who won’t have the energy or gusto to endure this bonanza can hold out for an equally enticing wave of sales ending the weekend on Cyber Monday.
Cyber Monday is a digital and literal follow up to Black Friday, inspiring amazing sales and discounts from online retailers around the world. The concept was invented by a team of creatives at the National Retail Federation for a Shop.org sale in 2005, and it’s been echoed by every other digital distributor in the years since.
Today, you’ll see annual Cyber Monday sales from the largest online retailers in the world like Amazon, as well as from stylish hospitality operations like ours at Pan Pacific Seattle.
