Thank you for considering Pan Pacific Seattle to host your out-of-town friends and family traveling to celebrate your Big Day. We have two great options for you to choose from. Both our ‘Trepidatious’ and ‘Fully Committed’ options offer flexibility and convenience. Please see below for some helpful information to assist with choosing the option that works best for you.

Trepidatious

Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract is required.

Do I need to put down a deposit or provide a credit card?
No deposit is required, and your guests will be booking individually via a shareable link, allowing your guests to access a discount of 15% off our Retail Rates.

How long do my guests have to book rooms before the rate code is no longer valid?
Great question! The discount code does not hold rooms aside from general sale. Availability is based on occupancy and demand, so there is no definitive date when the discount may be closed out.

Can you block my guests close together?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate this request with this option. If this is an important factor when making your decision, please consider our Fully Committed option.

Will my guests have a set rate?
Discount is applied to the current Retail Rate at the time of booking and thus the rate for each guest may vary due to prices at their time of booking, and which room type they select. All rates and discounts are subject to availability, blackout dates and additional restrictions may apply.

Fully Committed

Do I need to sign a contract or leave a deposit to secure rooms?
A contract is required to define your room block and the hotel will hold these rooms from general sale for up to 30 days prior to your big day. The rate is guaranteed for the number of rooms you contract. You will be held financially liable for 80% of the rooms you commit to. You only need to commit to your primary dates, and we will allow your guests flexibility to arrive and depart up to 3 days prior and 3 days after your blocked dates.

Is there a minimum number of rooms for the block?
There must be a minimum of 10 rooms per night for one night or more.

How many rooms should I block?
It is always best to block the minimum number of rooms you require. It is possible (but not guaranteed) that more rooms may be added later. This approach will help you mitigate any financial liability should your group not fill the block as anticipated.

Can you block our guests close together?
We will make every effort to block rooms in your group as close together as possible. Due to each floor’s configurations and varying room types, it may not be possible to get everyone on the same floor, however, we will do our best to contain your group’s location. We recommend that you provide a room list 14 days in advance of your arrival for those guests who should be of priority to stay close together, those who prefer proximity of room location and those that may be accommodated in separate areas of the hotel.

Can you hand out welcome bags at check-in or deliver to rooms?
Room deliveries are available at $6 per room or $3 per bag to hand out at check-in.
